• Mission: The Antelope Valley Breastfeeding Coalition is committed to building a community where breastfeeding is accepted as the primary feeding choice for optimum child and maternal health. The Antelope Valley Breastfeeding Coalition promotes breastfeeding by:
  • Providing families with information about the benefits of breastfeeding
  • Enlisting support for breastfeeding in the medical community.
  • Organizing educational opportunities for health care professionals.
  • Partnering with local business to support breastfeeding mothers.
  • Networking with breastfeeding resource and support groups.
